Project: St Mark’s Primary School
Where: 31 Tranmere Street, Drummoyne, NSW
Type: Exterior construction and interior fit out
St Mark’s Primary School required the construction and fit out of a new library, hall and sky-bridges.
Externally, the project included external cladding with CFC (Compressed Fibre Cement) and James Hardie Scyon Cladding to complement the gentle residential nature of this project. Internally, the project consisted of timber panelled ceilings across two levels, acoustic grade ceilings and sky-lights, new services cupboards, lined sky-bridges and undercroft areas. For purely aesthetic purposes we also completed perforated wall linings with acoustic measures shaped in squares.
Throughout the project our team collaborated closely with the architect and Bovis Lend Lease to resolve any design or construction matters as they arose.
The challenging project was delivered with our usual high standards and fulfilled the clients specific objective.
